The Preston Hope by Comstock Heritage is a Sterling silver "Preston" style dress buckle with plenty of flash and color. A Sterling silver base holds 14k yellow gold hand cut overlays that hug around 5 pieces of right blue topaz. This piece is framed on the top and bottom by two pieces of 14k white gold heavy gauge wire.
