You can order using your credit card with confidence through our secure server. Your credit card will be charged at the time of order placement for the full amount of your purchase.  We have also teamed up with PayPal not only for the ease in which your purchase will be handled, but more importantly for the security that you can be assured of when conducting an online transaction within the J.W. Cooper Website.

Does J.W. Cooper offer a warranty on its products?

What is J.W. Cooper’s return policy?

Returns will be accepted and credited to the credit card used for the original purchase provided items are in new and unworn condition within two weeks of purchase and accompanied by a sales receipt.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Does J.W. Cooper offer gift receipts?

Yes. We are pleased to offer our customers gift receipts.

With an online gift order, may I create a gift card message?

Yes. You will be given the opportunity to create a personalized message at time of checkout. The message, enclosed in a white envelope, will arrive with your gift package. The package will not have any other additional form identifying you as the giver. For this reason, we encourage you to at least enter your name on the gift message.

Where does J.W. Cooper ship?

Currently, we ship within the U.S. For international orders, please call our U.S. stores, so that we can arrange an alternative method for you to receive your purchase.  We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship UPS within the U.S.  Shipping is based by weight according to the delivery method selected.

Am I responsible for paying duties?

Yes. The customer is responsible for any shipment that is arranged for outside of the U.S. This is determined by the country to which shipment is sent.

What is the turnaround time for my order?

In most cases, items will be in stock and we will ship within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock, we will e-mail you with the approximate time of shipping, which will usually be within three weeks.

Can I place a rush order?

Orders can be rushed by way of UPS. Please indicate on order “RUSH ORDER”, and call for order verification.

Cancellations

You can cancel this order within five days after we have received your order. If the merchandise has already shipped, please refuse the shipment when it arrives. A refund will occur within 24 hours of cancellation of the order if it has not shipped or 24 hours after the merchandise has been returned.

Shipping

Normally, we ship within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you by email to inform you of the expected delivery date, which will usually be within three weeks.

We ship via UPS within the U.S.A. using Overnight, Second Day Air or Ground service.

If you are ordering from outside of the U.S., we will email you with to see what alternatives there are for delivery of your purchase.
